Our Services
-
Focused Reset
60min — $125
A focused session for specific pain, acute tension, or a deep breath in the middle of your week. We’ll move with intention, working where your body calls — without rushing, without pushing.
Perfect if you’re short on time but ready to drop in.”Come back to yourself, even if only for an hour.”
-
The Work
90min — $180
Our most popular session. Enough space to explore the full body and return to what’s been held or hidden. Whether we sink into deeper tissue work or follow emotional/somatic cues, this is where integration begins.
Great for first-time clients or those in a cycle of healing.
”Your body has a story. This is time to listen.”
-
Immersion
120min — $245
In two spacious hours, we follow sensation like a thread — through fascia, through breath, through the quiet architecture of your holding patterns. There is no map, only presence. This is bespoke bodywork: guided by clinical insight, but led by what unfolds.
Whether you're carrying tension, old habits, or the weight of having to hold it all together — there's room here for it. You don’t need to be fixed. You may simply need time. Time to soften, reorganize, and return.“Let it take as long as it takes.”
